The longest-running show in Broadway history, Andrew Lloyd Webber’s The Phantom of the Opera debuted in 1988, winning seven Tony Awards® including Best Musical. They are joined by Hadley Fraser as ‘Raoul’, Barry James as ‘Monsieur Firmin’, Gareth Snook as ‘Monsieur André’, Liz Robertson as ‘Madame Giry’, Wynne Evans as ‘Piangi’ and a supporting cast and orchestra of over 200, plus some very special guest appearances including Colm Wilkinson and Sarah Brightman. To celebrate its 25th Anniversary year, Cameron Mackintosh presents The Phantom Of The Opera in a fully-staged, lavish production, set in the sumptuous. When The Phantom of the Opera turned 25 in 2011, a special anniversary concert was held at the Royal Albert Hall in London to commemorate the occasion. The Phantom Of The Opera At The Royal Albert Hall stars Ramin Karimloo as ‘The Phantom’ and Sierra Boggess as ‘Christine’. Appearing in the show are Ramin Karimloo, Sierra Boggess, Hadley Fraser, Wendy Ferguson, Liz Robertson, Daisy Maywood, Barry James, Gareth Snook, Wynne Evans, Nick Holder and Earl Carpenter. But too bad, he didnt sing.instead, there were 4 other leading men (who I assumed also played the Phantom before) who accompanied Sarah in the number namely Colm Wilkinson (OMG I LOVED him in the Les Mis finale.that voice), John Owen-Jones (also another great voice I hear he plays the current Phantom now), Anthony Warlow and Peter Jöback. ![]()
